Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a QA lead to steer a testing team in delivering comprehensive test coverage for software projects. You will design test plans and scripts, run manual and automated tests, analyze results, and propose improvements while mentoring junior testers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, process optimization, and maintaining high quality standards across projects in a hybrid work environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degrees in computing or IT and professional certifications (ISTQB, Java SE 8)
• Strong QA background with testing, security testing and risk management
• Proven leadership in QA/testing with process improvement and mentoring

Responsibilities
