Job summary

biBerk is seeking a QA Team Lead to guide a QA team, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant software releases. This hands-on leadership role balances people management, delivery, and technical oversight across QA and other teams.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Pittston, PA with onsite requirements and collaboration with the Omaha office. You will own regression suites, review PRs, and drive QA process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years testing across multiple strategies in Agile environments.
• Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL, and other query languages.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a QA team with a collaborative culture.
• Conduct interviews, influence hiring, and participate in onboarding.
• Coach team members with development plans and QA best practices.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Guide Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Standups, and Production Releases.
