• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and prepare/ analyze business reports to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards through training and policy adherence.
• Identify concerns and determine corrective actions with stakeholders.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field

2 years Walmart logistics experience
