Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising employees in QA/manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and activities to ensure safe production of a wide range of products.
• Oversee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance-related decisions.
• Coordinate shift transitions and communicate key information to peers and management.
• Prepare routine and special reports documenting testing activities, results, and issues (swab tests, product tests, HACCP audits).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory requirements; train staff accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
