Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy focused on patient-centered care in Gilbert, AZ. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead the QA team, ensure GDP/USP compliance, and maintain documentation and batch-release processes across the site.

This onsite role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-department collaboration, and continuous improvement in a GMP-regulated environment. You will oversee audits, CAPAs, and quality metrics while guiding staff through daily QA activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years in QA/QC or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on aseptic operations and cleanroom experience.
• Strong skills in documentation review, batch release, and deviation handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and wear PPE in cleanrooms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA staff activities including scheduling and training.
• Perform audits of compounding, production, cleaning, and validation records.
• Oversee labeling verification, line clearances, and supplier qualification documents.
• Triage customer complaints and assist in CAPA tracking.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain QA metrics.
• Escalate quality and compliance risks to QA Manager or PIC.
