Job summary

Victaulic in Cookeville, Tennessee is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality assurance on the factory floor and oversee the quality team. You’ll ensure product and process quality aligns with the QMS and ISO 9001 standards, while collaborating with Production, Engineering and the Quality Manager to drive improvements.

The role requires 3–5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, on-floor leadership, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for updates to peers and leadership.
• Ability to drive corrective action independently on the floor without direct supervision.
• Comfort on the manufacturing floor with PPE compliance across operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality assurance activities on the production floor.
• Supervise quality inspectors and technicians; assign priorities and monitor performance.
• Maintain and improve records and procedures per ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Production, Engineering and HR to ensure quality goals are met.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits as needed.
• Drive a culture of quality accountability and continuous improvement.
