Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to support the QA Manager in supervising Food Safety and Security programs and leading QA & Sanitation Technicians to uphold quality standards.

You will schedule shifts, train staff, review HACCP deviations, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years college education or QA supervisor experience.
• 2–3 years direct reports experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• General HACCP knowledge.
• Risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift scheduling, training, and delegation for QA/Sanitation Technicians.
• Ensure QA functions are performed and documented accurately.
• Collaborate on HACCP deviations and SOP modifications.
• Assist in trending data for QA programs.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and enforce standards.
• Support internal/regulatory audits.
• Train staff on calibrations, QA and preventive maintenance.
• Follow up on corrective actions across departments.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
