Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to support the QA Manager in overseeing food safety, quality, and sanitation programs at our facility.

You will supervise QA and Sanitation Technicians, ensure SOPs are followed, and drive continuous improvement in product quality. Qualifications include 2 years of college or related experience, strong communication, HACCP knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years college education and/or experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years prior experience with direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of a HACCP program.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts and supervise Quality Assurance and Sanitation Technicians.
• Ensure QA functions are performed and documented accurately.
• Collaborate on HACCP deviations and SOP modifications.
• Assist in trending data for QA programs.
• Conduct facility walk-throughs to verify compliance and submit corrective actions.
• Assist audits by internal and regulatory agencies.
• Train staff on equipment calibration, QA, and preventive maintenance.
• Follow up on corrective actions to close findings.
