Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Kankakee, IL to assist the QA Manager in supervising Food Safety and QA programs. You will oversee QA and Sanitation Technicians, ensuring standards are followed and documentation is accurate.

You will also conduct trend analysis, participate in audits, train staff on calibrations, and drive corrective actions across departments. This role requires HACCP knowledge and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Combination of college education and/or experience as a QA Supervisor in a related field.
• 2-3 years prior experience with direct reports in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and programs.
• Ability to perform risk assessments.

Responsabilités

• Assist QA Manager in supervising Food Safety, Security, and QA programs.
• Direct supervision of Quality & Sanitation Technicians and assign tasks.
• Ensure QA functions are documented accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate to address HACCP deviations and SOP changes.
• Trend data for QA programs and support audits.
• Train staff on equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed for findings and non-conformities.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
