The role focuses on QA processes, scheduling, audits, and corrective actions to uphold regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of college or QA supervisor experience, strong communication skills, and HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Combination of 2 years college education and/or experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• 2–3 years prior experience with direct reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of HACCP program and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Assurance and Sanitation Technicians; manage shift scheduling and training.
• Ensure QA functions are performed and documented accurately.
• Collaborate on HACCP deviations; report SOP modifications to QA Manager.
• Assist QA Manager in trending data for QA programs.
• Conduct periodic facility walk-throughs to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Assist in internal and regulatory audits; training on calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Follow up with departments to close findings/non-conformities with corrective actions.
• Pursue special projects as assigned.
