Qualifications

• 3+ years in inspection or QA with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with munitions, calibration, and hazardous materials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required company certifications.
• Valid State driver's license and ability to obtain security clearances.
• Safety-conscious, ethical, and compliant with policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee quality assurance inspection activities for receipt, issue, storage, renovation, and demilitarization of ammunition and components.
• Coordinate inspection work, ensure documentation is complete and compliant with procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to inspectors; develop and deliver ammo-related inspection training.
• Approve rejections of non-conforming packaging or products; recommend process improvements.
• Act as lead internal quality auditor and provide staffing input on personnel changes.
• Uphold safety, ethics, and compliance; report safety or environmental concerns as required.
