Job summary

The Tepa Companies is seeking a Quality Control Manager for the Bomb Rehabilitation Project at Hawthorne Army Depot, Hawthorne, NV. The role requires planning, implementing, and auditing the project-specific Quality Control Program to ensure compliance with DoD contract requirements, project specs, and regulatory standards.

You will oversee QA across all phases, coordinate with Government representatives and subcontractors, manage inspections and testing, and maintain complete QC documentation

Qualifications

• Five+ years of quality control management on federal or DoD projects.
• Experience administering Contractor Quality Control programs.
• Knowledge of civil/heavy civil construction and environmental work.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the on-site Quality Control Program.
• Oversee QA activities across all project phases, including explosive hazard mitigation.
• Coordinate quality control meetings with government and contractors.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet approved submittals and specs.
