Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with borescopes.
• Proficient in GD&T and validating dimensions.
• Must be ITAR compliant and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections—visual, dimensional, and physical—on components, assemblies, and raw materials to verify drawings and specs.
• Operate precision measuring instruments including borescopes for tube inspections.
• Identify workmanship issues and product defects such as burrs or edge distance problems.
• Identify nonconformities and ensure corrective actions or rework are completed.
• Verify shipping documentation accuracy (part numbers, serial numbers, notices, destinations).
