Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• The QA/QC Supervisor maintains corporate and franchise partner standards as well as environmental health and safety standards establishing operational procedures in collaboration with quality assurance manager
• Directs quality assurance employees in a manufacturing facility ensuring that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
• Focuses on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies
• Other duties as assigned
