Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to uphold corporate and partner standards while driving safety, quality, and efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

The role directs QA staff, ensures QA equipment operates properly, and partners with the quality assurance manager to establish procedures that remove inefficiencies and reduce costs. A competitive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience

• Salary: $78,624 - $98,280 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• The QA/QC Supervisor maintains corporate and franchise partner standards as well as environmental health and safety standards establishing operational procedures in collaboration with quality assurance manager
• This role ensures that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company, focusing on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies
• You will direct quality assurance employees in a Manufacturing facility ensuring that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
