Job summary

You will manage lab data, drive continuous improvement, and ensure CMS/doco requirements are met; perform internal audits and partner with regulators and customers. This role requires relevant manufacturing/food science background and the ability to train, coach, and develop teammates.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge acquired through 1-3 years of work experience.
• Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Health Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate team on the manufacturing floor and QA Lab.
• Engage and develop teammates through performance management, coaching, and training.
• Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and aligning with company values.
• Manage and support the Consolidated Management System (CMS) program and audits.
• Process laboratory data, monitor accuracy, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in audits by internal and external regulatory, certification, customer, or brand sources.
