Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to uphold corporate and partner standards and lead safety and quality initiatives across the facility.

You will supervise QA staff, ensure equipment readiness, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with EH&S policies. A Bachelor's degree with experience or a strong Senior High alternative is required, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 7+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• The QA/QC Supervisor maintains corporate and franchise partner standards as well as EH&S standards establishing operating procedures in collaboration with QA manager.
• Focus on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies within the manufacturing facility.
• Direct QA staff to ensure QA equipment is in excellent operating order.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
