Job summary

Coinspaid Dev is seeking a senior QA/Quality Engineering leader to own and evolve the company-wide QA strategy, operating model, and improvement roadmap. You will assess maturity, define standards, and drive shift-left practices across the SDLC while hands-on guiding automation architecture and the toolchain.

You will lead cross-team investigations, establish quality metrics, and develop QA Technical Leads, enabling robust release readiness in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Define QA strategy and lead multi-team quality transformations.
• Experience building and guiding large scale QA programs.
• Strong automation in UI/backend using Python preferred.
• Proficient with REST APIs and distributed backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide Quality Engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Assess QA maturity and prioritize high-impact improvements.
• Define cross-domain test standards and release readiness.
