Trust Payments Ltd is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join our growing Fintech team. The role combines hands-on automation with strong leadership, guiding a mid- and senior-level QA group across API, web services, and UI testing within a modern CI/CD environment.

You will mentor engineers, design robust test strategies using Selenium and Cucumber in Java/Python, and collaborate with developers and product teams to raise quality across releases. Remote-friendly UK role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading QA teams.
• Hands-on API/UI test automation in agile environments.
