Job summary

Coinspaid Dev is seeking a senior QA leader to own and evolve the QA system across the organization. You will partner with Engineering Managers, Product, Architecture, and DevOps/SRE as a senior individual contributor.

You will assess quality maturity, set standards for test architecture and release readiness, and drive the automation strategy while staying hands-on in code reviews. This role embraces AI-enabled QA and remote, async collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA at scale across distributed systems.
• Define and implement test architecture, coverage, and release readiness.
• Hands-on with automation strategy and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the QA system and evolve it across the company.
• Assess Quality Engineering maturity, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize improvements.
• Define standards for test architecture, coverage, quality evidence, and release readiness.
• Drive QA toolchain and automation while staying hands-on in code and architecture reviews.
• Develop QA Leads as domain-level technical owners.
