Job summary

SQA Solution is seeking a hands-on QA Engineering Manager to lead a QA team responsible for the quality, reliability, and security of enterprise software in the Bitcoin and digital asset infrastructure space. You will build automated testing frameworks and drive scalable QA processes while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA with 2+ in leadership, fintech or security-focused industries.
• Hands-on automation with Python, Playwright and pytest.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions).
• Experience building/mentoring QA teams and establishing scalable QA processes.
• Strong security-focused testing knowledge and ability to test complex auth and state transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a QA team.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Define testing strategies across functional, regression, API, performance, and security.
• Develop testing approaches for authorization flows, transactions, and failure scenarios.
• Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to improve quality and release readiness.
