Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the FSQA team, oversee product specs, and ensure daily quality procedures are followed on the shift. The role includes coordinating training, implementing safety and quality programs, and maintaining relationships with operations and USDA personnel.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), supervisory experience in poultry or similar, and familiarity with USDA/OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing/food processing setting.
• Understanding of food safety/regulatory programs (USDA/OSHA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA team activities and implement HACCP/SSOP programs.
• Coordinate safety training (e.g., LOTO) and report unsafe acts.
• Develop and communicate quality procedures; train staff.
