Qualifications

• Must follow Food Safety Quality Assurance policies and USDA regulations.
• Must be able to learn and use company software as needed.
• Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for long periods and work in a damp environment.

Responsibilities

• Must verify products meet internal and customer specifications and take action on non-conformances.
• Conduct product reviews for grading, packaging and weight compliance.
• Monitor processing areas to prevent contamination and ensure cleanliness.
• Communicate findings to management and USDA as required.
