McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Safety & QA Special Project Manager in New Jersey to ensure QA compliance across operations. You will act as a QA expert, maintain procedures, run internal audits, and coordinate inspections with government entities.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for success. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in warehousing/distribution/QA/safety, plus proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have at least 5 years of warehousing, distribution, QA, and safety experience.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Must understand QA requirements and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilités

• Act as a content expert for quality assurance and customer QA requirements.
• Maintain procedures and training manuals to ensure QA compliance.
• Perform internal mock audits and coordinate QA audits.
• Facilitate federal, state, and local inspections of the facility.
• Ensure QA records and logs are properly maintained.
