Movado Group, Inc. in Moonachie, NJ, is seeking a hands-on Distribution Center Quality & Safety Manager to strengthen QA, process compliance, and workplace safety across the facility. You will ensure inspections, drive corrective actions, and lead safety programs with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze trends, manage audits, coach leaders, and maintain KPIs in a high-value environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in distribution/quality/EHS, with OSHA

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years progressive experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, quality, EHS, compliance, or continuous improvement.
• 3+ years in a distribution center, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Experience conducting process, quality, safety, or compliance audits.
• Experience leading root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Experience investigating operational errors, product damage, shipment inaccuracies, or near misses.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and workplace safety practices.
• Experience developing or improving safety and quality procedures, work instructions, audit programs, and training materials.
• Experience tracking corrective actions and ensuring closure and effectiveness.
• Ability to influence department managers and frontline leaders without direct authority.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit Distribution Center processes and documentation for quality and safety compliance.
• Identify nonconformances and assign corrective actions to owners.
• Escalate significant issues to leadership as needed.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality KPIs and a centralized corrective action log.
• Coordinate safety training and documentation across the DC.
• Report trends, risks, and improvements to leadership.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
