Job summary

LMI seeks Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) Tower Climbers to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection operations in Tucson, AZ. This on-site role requires tower climb certification and hands-on deployment oversight.

Frequent travel is required; on-site at a CBP facility is mandatory. Responsibilities include inspecting vendor work, documenting findings with photos, ensuring safety and technical compliance, and coordinating with government stakeholders across deployments.

Qualifications

• Tower climb certification at the competent level or above.
• Experience performing tower climbing and tower inspections.
• Ability to complete inspections per TIA-222-G standards.
• Willingness to travel to deployment sites.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and sustainment activities to meet requirements and objectives.
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control of deployments.
• Conduct field observations and verify compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Perform tower inspections and document findings with photos and notes.
• Prepare daily reports of observations, issues, and actions taken.
• Coordinate with vendors, team leads, and government stakeholders.
