Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a QA/QC Tower Climber to support CBP deployment and sustainment of tower-based systems. On-site work includes inspections, documentation reviews, and compliance verification at CBP towers in Tucson, AZ; extensive travel may be required.

Candidate must perform at a competent level in tower climbing, lead field deployment activities, and ensure safety and QA standards are met across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Tower climb certification at the competent level or above.
• Demonstrated experience performing tower climbing and tower inspection activities.
• Ability to complete tower inspections in accordance with TIA-222-G standards.
• Experience serving as on-site SME for tower climbing and deployment activities.
• Ability to independently lead deployment-related field activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and sustainment activities per requirements and program objectives.
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control of deployments and buildouts.
• Conduct field observations of systems under deployment or sustenance.
• Lead or support tower access, inspection, and related deployment activities.
• Prepare detailed reports with photographic documentation of discrepancies.
