Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in construction oversight and QA.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience enforcing safety standards and quality controls on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance over field engineering activities across major project phases.
• Provide guidance on safety and quality assurance to project staff.
• Review contractor schedules for logic, adequacy, and milestone achievement.
• Review pay estimates, progress data, and material/equipment reports.
• Prepare daily activity reports with progress, delays, and issues.
• Ensure environmental best practices are followed per contract.
• Support outreach and coordination with stakeholders as needed.
• Assist Construction Oversight Manager and Government COR/PM as directed.
