Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction oversight experience preferred, including surveillance and progress monitoring.
• Background in construction management is preferred and there is a focus on safety and quality standards.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30 Construction, MEWP, CQM, EM 385-1-1 are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day surveillance over field engineering activities on major projects.
• Provide guidance on safety and quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review contractor schedules, payment estimates, data, and reports.
