Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Support SME to support deployment and sustainment activities for CBP/DHS projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of tower climber experience including maintenance and installation at elevations.
• Climb towers and structures up to 400 feet.
• Certified climber; Comtrain or equivalent certification prior to start.
• Able to identify issues in deployment plans and manage schedules.
• Thorough understanding of deployment and sustainment documentation (as-built drawings, diagrams, work statements).
• Knowledge of telecom and video surveillance technology.
• OSHA and ANSI/TIA standards certifications required or obtainable.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; operate in outdoor conditions.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Must pass DHS CBP background check; willing to travel up to 75%.
• Capable of coordinating with teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and sustainment activities per requirements and objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor system deployments and civil buildouts.
• Ensure QA, safety, and technical standards across deployments.
• Document deployment activities and align with program objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive daily deployment reports and observations.
• Maintain deployment-related documents in SWFO TEAMS channel and inventories.
• Manage schedules and resources to meet mission requirements; coordinate site access.
• Assist with asset management across lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposition.
• Provide escort duties, cargo security, and forklift/vehicle support as needed.
