Xenith Solutions seeks a Quality Analyst to support US Border Patrol programs as a construction QA representative. You will assist CBP in execution of construction along US borders, with oversight, safety, and quality control responsibilities.

The role requires experience in construction management, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems creatively. Travel to job sites may be required, with location in Douglas, AZ as a potential base.

Formación

• 3–10 years of experience in construction oversight and QA for projects.
• Experience reviewing schedules, pay estimates, and progress data.
• Strong communication and ability to enforce safety standards.
• Background in construction management and ability to travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain surveillance over field engineering activities for major projects.
• Provide safety and quality assurance guidance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review contractor schedules for logic and milestone feasibility.
• Review payment estimates, submittals, and materials used.
• Prepare daily activity reports with progress, delays, and issues.
• Provide QA guidance to all project personnel.
• Ensure environmental Best Management Practices are followed.
• Support outreach efforts and project management oversight.
• Assist Government COR/PM as directed in construction execution.
• Analyze problems and interpret plans and specs.
• Monitor layout and inspection of ongoing work.
