Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead site quality activities in Richmond, CA. You will serve as the primary quality representative to the client and oversee QA Inspectors and NDE Technicians, ensuring compliance with ASME Codes and project specifications.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and welding procedures, maintaining weld documentation, and coordinating NDE and QA activities across operations and subcontractors to protect safety and project integrity.

Qualifications

• AWS CWI certification is required.
• Expertise interpreting codes and executing code packages.
• NBIC repair experience and ASME PCC-1 knowledge preferred.
• Experience with California Pressure Vessel Division/DOSH is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site QA/QC activities and QA personnel.
• Serve as primary Quality representative to the Client.
• Oversee Quality Inspectors and NDE Technicians and ensure compliance with Codes and client requirements.
• Review drawings, welding symbols, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Maintain weld documentation, inspection records, and Quality turnover packages.
• Coordinate and monitor NDE activities and documentation.
• Support refinery turnarounds and fast-paced construction while upholding Quality standards.
