The Brock Group Inc is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead site quality activities in Richmond, CA. You will serve as the primary quality representative to the client and oversee QA Inspectors and NDE Technicians, ensuring compliance with ASME Codes and project specifications.
Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and welding procedures, maintaining weld documentation, and coordinating NDE and QA activities across operations and subcontractors to protect safety and project integrity.

Qualifications and Details about the Position
The QA/QC Supervisor is Schultz's primary Quality representative to the Client and provides leadership and direction for all site QA/QC activities. The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for maintaining Company Quality practices and overseeing Quality Inspectors and NDE Technicians.
The QA/QC Supervisor ensures work is performed in accordance with applicable ASME Codes, approved procedures, project specifications, client requirements, and Company Quality Management System requirements.
The position serves as a key liaison between Quality, Operations, Project Management, subcontractors, and the Client. The QA/QC Supervisor is expected to identify Quality concerns, implement appropriate corrective actions, and communicate Quality requirements effectively while maintaining the Company's commitment to Quality, safety, and public safety.
Lead and coordinate site QA/QC activities and Quality personnel.
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
Physical activities commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job include sitting for extended periods, viewing computer monitors, typing, verbal communication, walking, standing, climbing, crawling, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
Ability to reach, handle, and manipulate objects.
Excellent vision, either naturally or with correction, with the ability to focus clearly on objects at varying distances.
Work may occur indoors or outdoors and may include exposure to high and low ambient temperatures.
