Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance across our manufacturing sites in North America.

You will oversee QA/QC activities, audits, and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA regulations, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards. As the primary quality representative to the client, you will mentor inspectors and NDE technicians, coordinate with operations, and drive corrective actions to uphold public safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• CWI certification required.
• ASNT Level II Visual Testing (VT) required.
• Strong knowledge of ASME codes and AWS welding standards.
• Experience with NCR, CAPA, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site QA/QC activities and personnel.
• Serve as primary QA representative to the Client.
• Ensure compliance with ASME codes, procedures, and client requirements.
• Oversee welding, piping, pressure equipment, and fabrication QA.
• Maintain weld documentation and inspection records.
• Coordinate NDE and welder qualification activities.
