Job summary

A telecommunications company is looking for a QA/QC Supervisor to develop and implement a Quality Management System. The role requires 2-4 years of field experience in testing fiber and strong knowledge of quality management systems. Applicants must have an Associate’s Degree in a relevant field and BICSI certifications. This position involves collaboration, technical writing, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of field experience in new build installations and testing fiber.
• Certifications: BICSI TE350 Technician, RTPM.
• Ability to train and coach QA/QC Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the E2 Optics QMS across the site.
• Collaborate to integrate quality specifications into the E2 QMS.
• Ensure Quality Assurance standards are disseminated to stakeholders.
