Job summary

ReadyFlo is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across mechanical, structural, piping, instrumentation, and electrical components in our Corpus Christi fabrication facility. You will supervise QA/QC personnel, coordinate inspections, and ensure policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in fabrication/manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• CWI certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of ASME and API codes and welding inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC personnel and provide day-to-day supervision and training.
• Plan and oversee quality control inspections for fabrication and assembly operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain quality data reports and traceability records.
• Perform visual inspections of welds, materials, instrumentation, and electrical components.
• Coordinate NDE activities with technicians and third-party vendors.
• Review radiographic films and follow up on findings.
• Ensure electrical installations meet drawings and standards.
• Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party reviews.
• Identify quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and management to meet quality requirements.
