We're seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead quality operations at our high‑performance fabrication facility in Midland, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC procedures and inspection protocols.
• Manage inspection teams and ensure compliance across all production stages.
• Conduct audits, document results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to maintain zero‑defect standards.
• Build a quality‑first culture that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Lead QC operations and drive compliance with ASME, API, NACE, and AWS standards.
• Manage inspection procedures, audits, and corrective actions on mission‑critical projects.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing inspection team.
• Partner with production and engineering to maintain zero‑defect standards.
• Own the quality culture and establish best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in QA/QC management or supervisory roles.
• Proven expertise with ASME Section VIII, API 570/653, or equivalent codes.
• ISO 9001 certification or equivalent quality management background.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) – Required.
• NACE / AAMP CIP 2 – Preferred.
• ASNT NDT Level II or III – Preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment.

Physical Requirements

• Travel to training sessions and client meetings as needed.
• Ability to work standing or sitting for full shifts.
• Capability to frequently lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, & crouch to inspect in‑progress work.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
