Job summary

The QA/QC & Safety Manager at IKA – Laboratory, Analytical and Process Technology leads the company’s Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in QA/QC or safety management in a manufacturing environment.
• OSHA regulations knowledge and workplace safety standards.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal auditing practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and safety.
• Oversee quality systems, safety initiatives, internal audits, training, and compliance.
• Record and analyze accident reports; promote safety improvements.
• Develop and maintain ISO 9001 compliant Quality and Safety Manuals.
• Provide training on safety, health, and accident prevention to managers and supervisors.
• Investigate incidents and implement recurrence prevention measures.
• Schedule QC processes and resolve QA/QC discrepancies.
