Interstates in Muskogee, Oklahoma is seeking a QA/QC Project Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control on a large-scale data center project. The travel role requires coordinating with project leadership, field teams, clients, commissioning partners, and subcontractors to ensure installations meet NEC, contract requirements, and manufacturer recommendations.

You will develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, conduct inspections, track deficiencies, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifikationen

• Lead project-wide QA/QC for electrical construction on a data-center project.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, engineers, and field teams to meet specs and NEC requirements.
• Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for quality risks.
• Support pre-installation planning and constructability reviews.
• Verify testing and turnover documentation is complete and accurate.

Aufgaben

• Lead QA/QC for electrical construction on a mission-critical data center.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, inspection processes, and documentation requirements.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, Engineers, and field teams to ensure installations meet project specifications, NEC requirements, client standards, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and field walks throughout construction.
• Track deficiencies, manage punch lists, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, commissioning teams, engineers, subcontractors, and AHJs.
• Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to identify quality risks before installation.
• Support pre-installation planning and constructability reviews to improve execution.
• Verify documentation required for testing, commissioning, and system turnover is complete and accurate.
• Monitor installation quality throughout all phases of the project-not just at completion.
• Identify recurring quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Support continuous improvement through best practices and coaching of field personnel.
• Participate in project meetings with quality updates, issue tracking, and resolutions.
