Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Control Program in support of PSO contracts. This role ensures compliance with the SOW, contractual requirements, and federal standards through inspections, audits, and reporting.

As the primary authority for quality control activities, you will work with the Contract Manager, supervisors, and Government representatives to maintain operational excellence and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to obtain Security Clearance up to Top Secret.
• Minimum 2 years in QA/QC for personnel-based service contracts.
• Experience monitoring contract compliance, inspections and metrics.
• Strong knowledge of government contract relationships in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the contract-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP) per SOW.
• Conduct inspections and audits of PSO performance and post compliance.
• Monitor licensing, training, and certifications for PSOs.
• Prepare monthly QC reports and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate with COR and Government reps for audits.
• Identify risks and mitigate open posts/non-compliance.
