Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to lead the quality program across PSO contracts, ensuring compliance with SOW and federal standards. You will oversee inspections, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement, partnering with the Contract Manager, supervisory staff, and Government representatives to maintain operational excellence. This senior role requires strong analytical skills and experience in QA/QC for personnel-based services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality assurance or quality control for personnel-based service contracts.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the contract-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with SOW requirements.
• Define inspection methods, frequencies, performance metrics, and reporting processes.
• Conduct and oversee inspections of PSO performance, post compliance, uniforms, equipment, and certifications, timekeeping, personnel files and training records.
• Ensure inspections address deficiency reporting, discipline procedures, inspection checklists, and reporting frequency.
• Prepare and submit monthly Quality Control Inspection Reports, deficiency reports and corrective action tracking.
