Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee QA/QC across multiple electrical construction projects. The role ensures all work meets quality, safety, regulatory, and client expectations.

The successful candidate will lead QA/QC initiatives, support continuous improvement, and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements. Strong inspections, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC programs in electrical/construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections and quality investigations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and project docs.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety programs and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Monitor construction and production activities to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain and control quality documentation, procedures, manuals, records, and forms.
• Establish and implement inspection criteria, testing procedures, and corrective action processes.
• Investigate quality-related issues, customer concerns, and non-conformance reports, implementing corrective measures as required.
• Verify that equipment, materials, and installations meet applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement and process optimization.
• Support project managers, field personnel, and leadership teams in achieving quality and safety objectives.
