Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a QA/QC leader to oversee construction project quality assurance and control. You will develop project-specific QC plans, coordinate testing, and ensure compliance with IBC and contract specifications while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities include field inspections, coordination with management, superintendents, and subcontractors to address deficiencies, manage punch lists, and drive continuous improvement across projects in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and testing coordination.
• Working understanding of IBC and contract/spec compliance requirements.
• Excellent documentation and organization skills for audit-ready records.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve quality issues.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, integrity, and community-focused conduct.
