Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a Department of Defense program. The role leads the quality system for Industrial Control Systems including UMCS, HVAC, DDC, SCADA, Fire Alarm Systems and related life-safety technologies, ensuring compliant work products and timely submittals.

Responsibilities include developing QC plans, supervising inspections, coordinating with project teams, and driving corrective actions to meet cost, schedule and quality objectives critical

Responsibilities

• Leads the program’s quality system for ICS including UMCS, HVAC controls, DDC, SCADA, fire alarm and EMS.
• Develops and maintains corporate and site QC plans; manages submittals and material verification.
• Oversees testing, commissioning, deficiencies tracking and corrective actions.
• Partners with PM, engineering, safety and cybersecurity to meet cost, schedule, quality and compliance for a DoD mission.
