Job summary

CJW Contractors Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the CQC program on federal construction projects. The role embeds with the project field team and reports to the Project Manager, ensuring compliance with NAVFAC, USACE, and GSA requirements.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the CQC Plan, conducting three-phase inspections, managing submittals, and coordinating with subcontractors and Government QA offices to resolve deficiencies promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CQC plan development and administration per NAVFAC/USACE/GSA.
• Proven ability to manage three-phase QC processes and inspections.
• Skilled in submittal register generation and government liaison.
• Ability to interpret drawings and resolve design conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, submit, and maintain a project-specific Construction Quality Control Plan.
• Train field staff and subcontractors on CQC requirements.
• Lead Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up inspections per Three-Phase QC.
• Maintain real-time submittal logs and manage submittal schedules.
• Interface with NAVFAC or USACE QA offices through portals.
