Job summary

ARCO is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control for mission-critical data center projects. You will develop and enforce quality plans, perform site inspections, and audit trades to ensure compliance with contract documents and owner standards.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC for construction, and experience with data centers and MEP systems. Travel or site-based work is expected, with a strong emphasis on documentation and team training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for mission-critical construction
• Direct experience on data center or highly technical projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, especially MEP systems
• Experience developing and enforcing quality management plans
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
