ARCO National Construction Company is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for data center construction projects. You will develop plans, perform inspections, and coordinate with teams to resolve quality issues on mission-critical systems.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in QA/QC on data centers or technical facilities, with strong reading of construction documents and a willingness to travel or work on site as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in mission-critical construction.
• Direct experience on data center or highly technical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific quality management plans for data center construction.
• Establish inspection and testing procedures aligned with contract documents and owner standards.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to track, document, and close quality issues.
• Review submittals and installation methods for compliance with quality requirements.
• Lead quality audits across trades, with emphasis on MEP and mission-critical systems.
• Maintain detailed quality documentation and reporting.

A Day In The Life

Necessary Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for mission-critical construction

• Experience developing and enforcing quality management plans
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
