Working as part of an integrated EPC project team, this role will provide quality leadership across multiple disciplines and work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, suppliers, and commissioning teams throughout project execution.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to multiple large-scale projects across North America and internationally. Our data center projects range from approximately 250 to 400 MW each, with a total project portfolio of over 3 GW. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to take on complex, large-scale projects and make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing industry.

Your responsibilities:
1. Project Quality Management
  • Develop and administer the Project Quality Plan, quality procedures, audit program, and reporting requirements.
  • Establish and maintain quality processes throughout project execution.
  • Ensure quality requirements are understood and consistently applied across the project.
  • Monitor overall quality performance and report key findings, trends, and concerns to project leadership.
  • Provide quality leadership and guidance across project disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Review contractor and supplier quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality submissions.
  • Verify that contractor and supplier quality documentation meets project requirements.
  • Coordinate quality requirements across contractors, suppliers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Monitor contractor and supplier compliance with established project quality requirements.
3. Inspections & Quality Control
  • Coordinate discipline inspections, hold and witness points, material approvals, and testing records.
  • Ensure required inspections and testing activities are completed and properly documented.
  • Monitor inspection results and identify deficiencies requiring corrective action.
  • Maintain appropriate quality records and supporting evidence throughout construction.
  • Ensure quality activities and documentation remain aligned with project execution and turnover requirements.
4. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), and associated corrective actions through closure.
  • Monitor recurring issues and quality trends to identify systemic concerns.
  • Coordinate quality audits and follow up on findings and corrective actions.
  • Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Escalate systemic, recurring, or high-risk quality deficiencies to project leadership.
5. Turnover & Documentation
  • Monitor the progressive completion of quality and turnover documentation throughout project execution.
  • Ensure inspection, testing, material, NCR/CAR, and other required quality records are complete and traceable.
  • Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to support complete and timely turnover.
  • Ensure quality documentation is properly maintained and readily available throughout project execution and final handover.
What you bring to the organization:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; recognized quality management training or certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or EPC quality, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of ITPs, inspections, NCR/CAR management, audits, quality records, and turnover documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing project quality processes across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience reviewing contractor and supplier quality plans and coordinating quality requirements throughout project execution.
  • Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial projects, or major MEP projects is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, suppliers, safety, quality, and commissioning teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to identify, escalation, and drive resolution of quality issues.
  • Comprehensive Health, Vision care and Dental Benefits
  • Starting at 3 weeks of vacation and additional PTO
  • Professional Fees reimbursed
  • Company Bonus Plan
  • No out of pocket expenses for corporate travel or car rentals
  • Growing company in an exciting and evolving sector.
  • Exposure to large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.
