The role will work closely with electrical construction teams, contractors, vendors, quality, and commissioning teams to ensure electrical systems are installed, tested, and documented in accordance with project requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to multiple large-scale projects across North America and internationally. Our data center projects range from approximately 250 to 400 MW each, with a total project portfolio of over 3 GW. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to take on complex, large-scale projects and make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing industry.

Your responsibilities:
1. Electrical Quality & Inspection
  • Review electrical Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, submittals, inspection requests, and test forms.
  • Inspect electrical equipment, containment systems, cabling, terminations, grounding, labeling, and overall installation workmanship.
  • Verify that electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and applicable project standards.
  • Monitor electrical installation quality and identify deficiencies requiring correction.
2. Testing & Energization
  • Witness specified electrical inspections and tests in accordance with approved ITPs and project requirements.
  • Verify the use of calibrated test instruments and ensure test results are properly recorded and traceable.
  • Review testing records and supporting documentation for completeness and traceability.
  • Support quality readiness for electrical system energization.
  • Coordinate closely with electrical construction, vendors, and commissioning teams throughout testing and energization activities.
  • Identify and document quality observations and deficiencies.
  • Manage electrical punch-list items and support their resolution with contractors.
  • Support the issuance, tracking, and closure of electrical Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Verify that corrective actions have been properly implemented before closeout.
  • Escalate significant or recurring quality issues when required.
4. Documentation & Turnover
  • Verify electrical test packs and associated quality records.
  • Review redlines, as-built documentation, and energization records for completeness.
  • Ensure required inspection and testing documentation is properly maintained and traceable.
  • Support the completion of electrical turnover documentation.
  • Coordinate quality documentation requirements with construction and commissioning teams.
What you bring to the organization:

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
  • Comprehensive Health, Vision care and Dental Benefits
  • Starting at 3 weeks of vacation and additional PTO
  • Professional Fees reimbursed
