The role involves overseeing quality control plans, audits, and corrective actions, while representing the firm in project and business development settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience installing QA/QC systems, processes and procedures.
• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry.
• Ability to use independent judgment, self‑starting and prioritize tasks.
• In-depth understanding of contract specifications, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and audit checklists.
• Develop and manage project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for QC deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams on constructability during preconstruction.
• Promote a performance-based culture to exceed team goals and foster teamwork.
• Train and provide guidance to project teams on QA/QC concepts.
